On Friday, March 1, Cambridge weightlifters participated in the Top Form Lift-Off at LaSalle Institute in Troy. Teams from LaSalle, Troy, Lansingburgh, Johnstown, Canajoharie and Salem competed in the bench press, deadlift and squat events. The CCS boys team placed 1st in overall weight lifted to claim the grand prize of the tournament! The CCS girls team also had several medalists in a very competitive event!
