General information:

Homework is due each Friday. Please help your child with directions as needed and check for completion before it's returned to school. It can be returned as soon as it's done. Students should read directions carefully. Studying for our weekly spelling test is considered a part of your child's weekly homework assignment.

Book orders are optional. When ordering, please make checks payable to Scholastic Reading Club. Please let me know if you would like me to save "gift" books in secrecy. I'll let you know when they arrive and arrange for delivery.

Birthdays are special! You may send in special treats without contacting me in advance. If there are serious food allergies in our classroom, you will be notified at the beginning of the school year.

Please remember to check your child's orange folder for completed work and important information from school. Empty it each evening and return it with your child each school day.

Feel free to contact me using my school website (helene.snowball@cambridgecsd.org) or  through notes sent in with your child (a perfect use for the daily orange folder, as I check them each morning).
