My name is Mrs. Ridler and I'm the Pre-K teacher at Cambridge CSD.  I have been working with children and their families for over 15 years.  I believe that each child is unique and needs a secure, caring and stimulating environment in which to grow emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially.  It is my role as an educator to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking and invites a sharing of ideas.  Our curriculum is developed based upon the needs and interests of the children.  My main goal is for the students to develop a love for learning that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
