Dear Families,

Please note this message pertains to all Cambridge CSD students from pre-Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade.

We are excited about the prospect of seeing our children again on Monday January 11, 2021.  We have missed them.

We want to make sure that everything we do promotes the health and safety of our school community.  To that end, we will be making some changes.  The first is that we will not be allowing mask breaks during the day.  The leading guidance suggests that wearing masks is one of the best ways to prevent spreading the virus.

Students will be allowed to take their masks off while eating snacks and lunch.

Additionally, it is very important that if your child is displaying any of the symptoms you see on the daily screener, they stay home and get tested.  Since the infection rate has been climbing we need your help.  If you or your child test positive, please call our health office to let us know.

The daily COVID screener is increasingly more important, please be sure to complete that screener so our health office does not have to track down information.  We are screening everyone who enters the building to see if they are displaying symptoms, and to see if they have a temperature.  Please continue to help us stay open.

Help keep our community and schools safe and healthy!

- STAY HOME if you're not feeling well

- SOCIAL DISTANCE (at least 6' between you and others)

- MASK UP in public places and when you can't social distance
