On Tuesday, May 20, Cambridge CSD residents approved the district’s $26.8 million budget proposal for 2025-26 by a tally of 432 yes votes to 271 no votes. The budget passed with 61% approving the proposal.
By a vote of 467 to 232, voters approved the public library proposition.
By a vote of 385 to 298, voters approved a proposition to purchase up to four 70-passenger diesel buses.
In the Board of Education election, Jillian Herrington received 316 votes and was elected to a three-year term. Christine Congelosi-Lulla received 222 votes. Thomas Hemmerling received 88 votes.
